Our trufferie is located in the Southern Tablelands, New South Wales, Australia about a 2 hours drive south west of Sydney CBD, just a short drive from  the scenic Southern Highlands, and about a 1.5hours drive out

of Canberra.

French Winter Black Truffles (Perigord Truffles)  are freshly harvested between June and August yearly and are available for sale on the Red Earth Truffles online shop.
